Kharvi Consultancy Services is promoted by Mr. Ravi Naik, a professional labour law consultant rendering expertise services to diversified industrial segments for the past two decades. Backed by extensive experience of our mentor and dedicated support provided by Associates, Industrial Professional, we successfully assist our clients by providing legal services, Temporary Staffing, Payroll management to strengthen the business of our clients.

Mr. Naik is a graduate & diploma in Labour Laws, a sports enthusiast (Represented Maharashtra State in Ball Badminton), calm in nature, inspires others in arts & cultural dances. He also holds title as President of a trust known as “Vidyanidhi” which imparts education to the poor and needy. He is being actively involved in number of workshop/ seminar to give guidance to the students aspiring to excel in competitive examinations through national trainers.
